Self-care aims for personal health and well-being, while planetary health aims for the health of the planet, and by linking these two, we will think about a sustainable future together with the audience. By recognizing that individual actions through self-care can not only improve our own health, but also have an impact on the global environment, we will revolutionize our behavior and discover new directions for future healthcare. Let’s come together, learn from each other, and unite our wisdom—so we can shape a brighter future for the next generation!
